Born and raised in Alton Illinois, Andrew Dykeman received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1990. He began work at the Nashville Medical Examiners Office as a Forensic Technician/Pathology Assistant, completing technical aspects of postmortem examinations and assisting in forensic autopsies while completing pre-med requirements at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Upon completion of classes in 2000, he moved back to the St. Louis/Alton area and was accepted to attend Logan College of Chiropractic. He received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology in 2001 and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2003.
After graduating with honors in December 2003, Dr. Dykeman acquired the now 48 year old Rosewood Chiropractic Clinic in East Alton, Illinois.
Most recently, Dr. Dykeman has completed his term as President of the Wood River Rotary Club and has served on the Madison County Health Department Advisory Committee as well as various positions within the Board of the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Dr. Dykeman currently maintains membership in the American Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractors Association, Logan College Alumni Association, Missouri State Chiropractic Association, Wood River Rotary Club and the Illinois Chiropractic Society.
