First Office Visit:
On your first visit to our office, please come 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Our intake forms are found on this site under “Online Forms.”
Please bring your insurance card and any medical reports (including x-rays and radiology reports) and information related to your current chief complaint(s).
The doctors will discuss your complaint(s) with you and take an extensive health history.
The doctors will then proceed with a thorough physical examination including orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic based exams.
After all examinations are completed, the doctors will will discuss your options with you including treatment as well as possible further testing, imaging or referral to a specialist, if indicated.
If clinically indicated, the doctors will then proceed with treatment including but not limited to manual adjustments, manual therapy, massage and electrotherapy including ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
During the course of the history, examinations or treatment, the doctors will discuss with you any of your health concerns or at-home instructions.
Although we seldom pursue extended, long term treatment, a few closely dated appointments will help to immediately address your aches and pains, while follow-up treatments could be pursued for stabilization as well a preventative care. We will create a treatment plan that is as unique as you are.

Insurance:
We accept most insurance plans, however, you should check your chiropractic benefits with your specific insurance group. Some of the insurance we accept include: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Healthlink, and GHP. We also accept personal injury, Motor Vehicle Accident and worker’s compensation cases.
